In order to allow new employees to have a more comprehensive understanding of the company, enhance their professional knowledge and skills, better complete the role change, and integrate into the team faster, Yuda Technology organized new employees to visit the production base and scientific research center in the second quarter of 2024. This training is mainly composed of two parts: induction training for new employees and exchange of professional knowledge of refractories.
Through this visit and study, the new employees have a further understanding of refractory products, and have a further understanding of the production environment and technology research and development of refractories. Every employee seized this rare learning opportunity to raise their doubts, and the professionals of the production base answered their question in detail.
