     The working principle of zinc oxide rotary kiln is the whole process and principle of calcining zinc and treating zinc containing materials. Generally, zinc oxide rotary kiln is used to treat zinc-containing filter cake. The zinc in the cake mainly exists in the form of zinc ferrite, oxide and sulfate. Under the high temperature of the zinc oxide rotary kiln, the zinc ferrite and solid carbon are reduced to zinc metal, while the sulfate of zinc, lead and cadmium is also reduced, and the well is volatilized in the form of sulfide and gold. ① The site construction plane has been available, water and electricity have been connected, all kinds of temporary facilities for construction have been set up, construction machinery and tools have been tested and can be used normally. 

 

② The refractory materials in the kiln are installed in stages, the installation of auxiliary equipment and the opening position are qualified, and the construction can only be completed after the signing of the process handover order. 

 

③ Refractory materials and refractory products shall be inspected according to relevant current standards and design requirements, and shall meet the design requirements. 

 

④ The kiln mouth and kiln tail refractory castable shall be installed in place and passed the inspection. 

 

⑤ All kinds of resistant materials have been classified and stacked in the resistant material warehouse and the designated position according to the material, model and the order of use.
