1. Mechanism of Crust Generation
Only a small amount of harmful components volatilized in the clinker firing process are discharged into the atmosphere, and the rest will condense on the raw materials with lower temperature when the flue gas in the kiln moves to the low-temperature area of the kiln. When the temperature rises, it evaporates, thus producing cyclic enrichment. When the cycle enrichment to a certain extent, will produce alkali chloride (RCl) and alkali sulfate (R 2 SO 4 ) and other low melting point compounds, wrapped part of the raw powder adhered to the smoke chamber wall, shrink and C4, C5 preheater cone, rising pipe and feeding pipe, forming a dense crust.
